JBX Trading is independent from the prop trading firms shown on the website unless an official relationship is expressly stated. Displaying a name, logo, certificate or result does not mean a prop firm sponsors, endorses or recommends JBX Trading. Prop firm rules may change without notice.

7. Acceptance of risk

By using JBXAUUSD, the user acknowledges that trading is speculative and accepts the financial and technical risks associated with automated software.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JBX Trading shall not be liable for trading losses, capital losses, lost profits, failed challenges, account suspensions or closures, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
